Rosie O’Reilly
Rosie O’Reilly is a visual artist working across installation, written work and drawing based in Dublin. Named as Irish Times One to watch for 2022, recent national exhibitions include 2023 Molecular Revolutions, The Lab Gallery, Idirlinn, Shifting Silence (solo show) The Lab Gallery Dublin 2022, LEER Leitrim Sculpture centre 2022, Treimhse IMMA, 2022. International exhibitions include: Porto 2018, Rotterdam 2019. Recent Projects include: 2022-23 Roots for the Future, Project Arts Centre, The Postal Project Carlow Arts Festival. Written work includes BBC Radio 3, Between the Ears 2023, Mirror Lamp Press 2023. ‘The Sea Around Us’, The Model Sligo (2020). Winter Pages (2018), Awards: Arts Council 2022, UCD Parity Studios 2020/2021, Basic Space residency (2019), Callen Workhouse Union residency (2018). She holds a BA in Philosophy & Sociology at TCD and a MA in MA in Art, Research and Collaboration from IADT, Dublin, 2018 with a term spent as artists in residency in CIIMAR Marine Research Institute Porto.
